Thomas L. Cooper is a partner in Plunkett & Cooney's Petoskey office. He is a member of the firm’s Mold/Toxin Liability Coverage Group. Mr. Cooper concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense litigation, commercial litigation, products liability and mold/toxic tort litigation.
