Mark A. Gilchrist - Treasurer
Mark Gilchrist is a shareholder in the Grand Rapids office of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge.
His practice is focused on legal malpractice defense, criminal defense, and general insurance and commercial litigation.
Mark graduated with a B.A. from Michigan State University in 1993, an M.A. from George Washington University in 1996, and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2000 where he competed nationally as a member of the Moot Court Team.
Mark is a member of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, the Defense Research Institute and the State Bar of Michigan Negligence Law Section. Mark is also a member of the American Bar Association, Ingham County Bar Association, and the Grand Rapids Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Michigan and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
