Tyren R. Cudney
(Kalamazoo)
Tyren R. Cudney, a partner at Early, Lennon, Crocker & Bartosiewicz, P.L.C., was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1957. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University in 1988, he attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate in 1991. After graduating from law school, Mr. Cudney worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Carolyn Stell, the Chief Circuit Judge for the Ingham County Circuit Court in Lansing, Michigan. He later joined the predecessor firm of Bartosiewicz & Kimbrel, P.C., as an associate attorney. With a broad range of experience in civil litigation, including auto negligence and premises liability, Mr. Cudney has a particular interest in governmental immunity and first-party, no-fault insurance issues. Mr. Cudney is a member of the Kalamazoo County Bar Association, the Michigan State Bar Association, including the General Practice section, the American Bar Association, including the General Practice section, Solo and Small Firm section, and the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel. In addition to being admitted to practice in all Michigan State Courts, he is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
