James Hughesian
James Hughesian is a member of the Medical Malpractice Defense Practice with Kitch, Drutchas, Wagner, Denardis & Valitutti & Sherbrook PC. He has served as first chair in more than 50 trials involving medical malpractice defense over last two decades. Mr. Hughesian is licensed to practice law in Michigan, as well as in the U.S. District Court of Eastern Michigan. He is also active in several professional organizations. He has served on the State Bar of Michigan's Committee on Professional and Judicial Ethics and the Tort Review Committee, and is a member of the Medical Legal Subcommittee of the Healthcare Section. He has also served as the Chairperson of the MDTC’s Professional Liability Section. Mr. Hughesian received his J.D. from Detroit College of Law. He earned a B.S. from Michigan State University. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hughesian worked as a Public Accountant.
